My first Fine Arts Festival for my own school was held in April of this year. I’ve learned that during the school year, April and March is busiest months for an art teacher. But I did it and I never felt so proud of myself..and of course-let’s not forget my awesome art students of Swift Creek Middle. We had 6 visual doors and ceramic pieces to display. It was a long weekend but it was worth it!
These were ceramic pieces I did in my classes. Dragons were done in my 8th grade class. Elephants and owls in my 7th grade classes.
The girls in the left are sisters in my school and each had a piece of artwork displayed. Students to the right were admiring the work.
